5 month old manx kitten won't poop

My 5 month old Manx kitten will not push her poop out. My vet told me she may not have feeling allowing her to know when she has to go due to her being tailless. However she knows when she has to go...she will go to the litter box and scratch but she won't push it out. So she constantly has poop oozing out of her bum. I don't know what to do! Help!

She may feel the sensation but not have the nerves required to do the pushing. Go to a different vet if that one didn't help you. She will die if she can't ever defecate. There are some solutions possibly. Medications, physical assistance from you, etc. She needs help and she needs it soon.
