cat is seriously ill

QUESTION

i m from kashmir (india).i have a cat of 1 and half year old.he is suffering from severe cough, diarrhea, vommiting, a bit cold too.and four of his teeth of lower jaw have also fallen.here in kashmir there is not good facility of vet. doctors.the vet. doctors not even touch the cat for check up they just suggest medicine only by looking at them.so please help me i really want to save my cat.his family also suffered from cough and they died due to it.it think this cough is heridity.please do reply
