How much is a healthy weight for an 11 month old Persian? She weighs 8 lbs. 6 oz. ??

That weight sounds just right. Everyone's bone structure is different so the "perfect" weight can be different for cats of the same age and breed. However, without seeing her, for her age, that weight sounds just fine.
