Change in Cat urination habits
My 11 year old female cat has just decided to stop urinating in her little box & to start urinating on my bathroom floor. However, she still uses her litter box for "number two." Why, and what can I do about it? I have a Littermaid & it is always clean. I clean out the holding trap at least twice a week, so it's always clean for her.

When this happens, the first thing to do always is to have her urine analyzed. You have to make sure it is not a medical issue before you assume it is behavioral and we address that.
