CONTEST PARTICIPATION:

-- You must be 18 years of age or older to submit an entry to any contest.

-- All submissions and photos must be original. Entries that violate any copyrights will be banned.

-- Only one entry per person is allowed.

-- Only one photo is allowed per entry.

-- All entrants are asked to subscribe to our free newsletter or already be an active subscriber.

-- Any submissions that are deemed not suitable for this website or are inappropriate in nature will be withdrawn by the owners of http://www.askthecatdoctor.com

-- Anyone who submits any abusive or inappropriate submissions will be banned from entering future contests.

WINNER SELECTION:

-- Votes can be cast to determine the top five entries between the dates indicated on the current contest page.

-- Only one vote per valid IP address is allowed. All others will be discounted.

-- One winner will be selected from the voter-chosen top five entries by a vote of the staff at http://www.askthecatdoctor.com and participating sponsor company, where applicable.

-- Winner(s) will be chosen through the cooperative efforts of AskTheCatDoctor.Com Staff and/or any participating sponsors.

-- Although voting ballots may not be posted, comments indicating the entries you would like to win in the comments section are allowed and encouraged.

-- Comments indicating preference for particular entries will not be counted and will not be factored in the opinion of staff choosing the winners.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE COLLECTION:

-- Winner will be sent a "Congratulatory Email" and will have 7 days to respond to said e-mail.

-- Winner will be required to submit full name and shipping address in order to receive contest prize. Winner will be given the option to choose a color, size, or additional specific prize options, when available, at this time.

-- If prize is not claimed within 7 days, the 1st place winner forfeits all rights to claim prizes. The prize will then be allocated to the 2nd runner up, to claim within 7 days of their notification email. If prize is not claimed by 2nd runner-up, all rights to claim prizes are forfeited and allocated to the 3rd runner-up. The prizes are passed down according to the number of prizes being given in a particular contest. If prizes are not claimed by the 3rd runner-up within 7 days of notification email, all rights to claim prizes are forfeited and returned to the property and owners of http://www.askthecatdoctor.com and/or participating sponsor company.

-- No notice will be sent to entrants not chosen as a winner.

-- Winner’s first name and entry photo will be posted on our website.

ADDITIONAL PARTICIPATION TERMS:

-- Your privacy is assured. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

-- All submitted entries, videos, and photos become the property of http://www.askthecatdoctor.com.

-- All contest decisions are final.

-- Contest void where prohibited.

-- Employees, family, and/or associates of http://www.askthecatdoctor.com and participating sponsor companies and their affiliates are not eligible to enter this or any contest featured on this site.
