My kitten can't breathe!

My kitten is about 5 weeks old and he is very weak and can barely walk. Its kind of like he is hiccuping but he can't breathe and I don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP!

Please bring your kitten to a veterinarian immediately! If your kitten is having difficulty breathing, he needs immediate veterinary care, and there is nothing that can be done to help him over the internet.

As we say numerous times throughout the site, we are not available to answer questions 24 hours a day, but even if we were, such serious cat illness symptoms need to be addressed by an emergency veterinary service.
