Patchy can't be pregnant . She's inside and the only cat. What's going on?

I got this beautiful kitten off my sister back in August. She is gray brown and white. She is a house cat. This evening she started meowing like she was in pain and rolling around on the floor. Makes you think she was in labor. Her stomach is contracting and small drops of clear liquid has fallen to the floor. Going from side to side sitting perched. It seems like she can't get comfy. Can you help me? My daughter is afraid to go to sleep thinking she'll pass over night.

It sounds like she is in heat and should be spayed. In any event, she should be seen by a vet.
