Domino is a healthy girl now at age 15 1/2 but as a youngster had both idiopathic hypercalcemia and megacolon at the same time. She went through biopsies and several surgeries to make her better and had a very difficult two years before her problems were solved.

She was too lethargic from the medicines at one point to even play with her siblings. All she could do was watch. Domino deserves to win this contest because she has come through a rough beginning and gone on to live a happy and healthy life in spite of it.
