Vomiting

QUESTION

My cat is vomiting often. Sometimes there is hair in it and other times it's just yellow or clear mucus. Should I be concerned?

ANSWER

I would need a little more information such as age, prior medical history, whether this is a new occurance or has gone on for some time. Without that I would still say you should be concerned and make a vet appointment. You say "often" and for that reason alone, your kitty should be checked.
